TERMS OF USE

pHOTOGRAPHY & dELIVERY

Armada Visuals LLC (AV) will deliver the best possible images based on the type of shoot that has been booked. AV will determine the angle and composition of each photograph to showcase the best possible features of the property unless the client provides specific shot instructions. This may be done in the notes section while booking online, by email prior to the shoot, or onsite via a pre-shoot walkthrough. By default, AV will capture at least one image of each room with the exception of the garage. Garages with epoxy flooring, builtin cabinets, or any upgrades beyond concrete flooring and bare walls will be photographed by default. Beyond this outline, AV cannot be held responsible for not taking particular photographs that were not requested by the client prior to the shoot.

The presentation and cleanliness of the property for which photography services are purchased is the sole responsibility of the client. AV cannot be held accountable for clutter, miscellaneous items, or furniture arrangements in the photographs. By using AV’s services, the client accepts that the property will be shot “as is.”

Images are delivered by email notification the following day up to 24 hours after the end of the scheduled shoot.

Images are delivered in a “web large” format which is small enough for MLS and large enough for small prints such as flyers. Full resolution photos for large prints are available upon request at no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

A $35 charge will be invoiced for cancellations requested on the day of the scheduled appointment.

A $50 return trip fee will be added if the appointment is rescheduled after the photographer arrives onsite for the scheduled appointment for any reason (house is not ready, the photographer is not provided access to property, etc.)

No charge for cancellations or due to extreme weather (monsoon, heavy rain, lightning storm, etc.)

Copyright

The copyright for all photographs taken by AV remain with AV and are protected under local and international copyright laws. Copyright is not transferable. Usage rights are granted to the client for the purpose of marketing the property for no longer than 12 months from the date the photographs were taken. The use of any image created by AV for additional marketing or promotion by any third party is a violation of copyright. By using the services of AV, you are agreeing to the terms of this agreement.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of the scheduled photoshoot and may be submitted by check, cash, or credit/debit card. If the payee is not present at the session, AV will send an invoice via email which is payable online. Please note, payment must be submitted before final photos are delivered.
